It's not normal or healthy to live with these symptoms, yet most of us (even physical therapists!) do so for years. I was one of them, blaming not feeling good on getting older or not getting enough sleep. Detoxification was life changing for me. Up until my first 14 day detox cleanse, I'd experienced at least six with the following symptoms for quite a while; I had debilitating headaches, pain, weight loss resistance, rashes, fatigue, and sinus problems. Now, a number of these symptoms are completely or nearly gone. I have been able to resume vigorous land exercise for the first time in 12 years! It's got allowed me to strengthen my body and keep off the 10-15 pounds of resistant fat that were glued to my hips and thighs, that I've lost through the detoxes. Every month or two I begin to feel a couple of those ugly symptoms, like knee pain or afternoon fatigue, creeping back, so I do another detox and, "voila", they disappear again! By performing the detox cleanse every season I have been able to eliminate most symptoms, feel great and look better than We have in years. It has been a fantastic journey to reclaim an active, healthy lifestyle. I started sharing my detox experiences with family, friends, and patients, and shifted the focus of my practice to incorporate nutrition, realizing I possibly could help many others.
